Each year the UASD prepares a review of important bills that passed during the session that will have an impact upon districts.  Some of these bills will have an impact upon all districts.  Other bills may or may not affect your district.

 Please download the UASD Bill Reviews and familiarize your self with changes in law that occurred during the recent Legislative Sessions.  Most of the provisions of bills passed during the 2025 legislative session will be effective on Wednesday, May 7th, 2025.  There are exceptions to this date, as there are a few bills that have a different effective date listed in the bill.
